How do you “be the Church” when you’re a nobody? We all know the “somebodies” of the Church today – the megachurch pastors, authors, and the Billy Grahams of the world. The early Church had its “somebodies” as well – Peter, Paul, and Silas.
The early Church also had its “nobodies” . . . you know, the ordinary people who also made a difference, and helped to bring the Good News. People like Philip the Evangelist. The Church depends on the “nobodies” too.
