Tabor United Methodist Church will host a group discussion designed to acknowledge sadness during a season when the world is full of cheer.  This discussion will include a time to share your loved ones' stories and pick up/share some tips for coping with the season.   Charge Conference is the annual meeting United Methodist congregations have with their District Superintendents where important decisions are made for the upcoming year of ministry.  

Due to the number of Ad. Council Members who will already be away for the Labor Day weekend this Thursday, the Ad. Council meeting originally scheduled for Thursday, 8/28/14 has been postponed.   The next scheduled meeting of the Ad. Council is Thursday, 9/25/14. If another meeting of the Ad. Council is to be scheduled before that, members of the Ad. Council will receive an alert.
