Reverend Blaik Westhoff will begin his appointment at Tabor UMC on July 1, 2011. Pastor Blaik is an ordained elder in the Eastern Pennsylvania Conference.
He is currently the Pastor of the First United Methodist Church of Perkasie. He is a graduate of Lebanon Valley College and received his Masters of Divinity from the United Theological Seminary. His previous appointments include serving the Ashland First UMC, Girardville UMC, and Pocono Lake UMC. Pastor Blaik currently serves as chair of the EPA UMC District Committee on Superintendency. Pastor Blaik, his wife Susan, and their two teenage children, Nathan and Rachel, will live in the TUMC adjacent parsonage. Pastor Blaik will lead his first worship service at Tabor UMC on Sunday, July 10, 2011. His first day of service to Tabor UMC will Tuesday, July 5, 2011.
